Return and Refund Policy

At Kalizeh, we take pride in delivering high-quality luxury home décor and ambient lighting. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility - We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items - If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photo or video evidence of the issue

Incorrect Item Received - Received the wrong product? No worries — we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind / Customer Remorse - Returns for non-defective items are accepted under these conditions:

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • A 15-25% restocking fee applies
  • Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., custom chandeliers)
  • Installed, used, or modified items
  • Clearance or Final Sale items

How to Initiate a Return:

Email Customer Service Team with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos (if item is defective/damaged)

Once approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Refunds & Fees:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Restocking fees (15–25%) apply to all non-defective returns.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Delayed or Unreceived Orders
If your order is not delivered within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund (your choice)

Note: Exceptions may apply for:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Customs delays
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please contact our Customer Service Team if your order has not arrived after 30 days from the shipping date.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection - To ensure fair practices for all customers:

  • Orders above $200 require signature confirmation.
  • Returns are inspected upon arrival; if used, damaged, or swapped, refunds may be denied or reduced.
  • Fraudulent return attempts will be reported to payment processors and may result in customer account termination.
