Shipping Policy
At Kalizeh, we are committed to delivering a premium shopping experience — from the moment you place your order to when your luxury home décor or ambient lighting arrives at your door.
Shipping Locations - We currently ship only within the United States, including:
- All 50 U.S. States
- U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- U.S. Outlying Islands
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Certain high-end may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page if applicable.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates and available methods are displayed during checkout and may vary based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows-
- Items shipped typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days.
- High-end or oversized items typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the specific item, supplier location, and carrier service availability.
Multiple Supplier Shipments:
- Due to our variety of suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages, even if you ordered multiple items in one transaction.
- Each item may ship separately and have its own tracking number.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s) and a link to track your shipment in real time.
If you haven't received tracking information within 7 days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses:
- Yes — we proudly ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
- Please note that deliveries to these addresses may take additional time, depending on USPS or military postal service handling.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders):
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
- Kalizeh is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing an order.
Shipping Costs:
Standard shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise stated.
Some oversized or heavy luxury items may include additional shipping surcharges, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Packages:
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible to request:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
Please note that exceptions may apply in the event of natural disasters, carrier delays, customs inspections, or if incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer.
We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist with any delays.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
If a package is lost in transit, contact our Customer Service Team.
Kalizeh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information submitted at the time of order.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
